What Youll Do:
Work alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard
Manage your section efficiently and take ownership of prep and service
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Bring creativity, energy, and professionalism to every shift
What Were Looking For:
12 years experience as CDP or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
