Job title: Chef De Partie
Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Working hours: Full-time, 45 hours/week
I'm currently looking to recruit an Experienced Chef De Partie on behalf of my client, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, London.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes
- Assist in menu planning, development, and execution
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Uphold excellent food presentation and quality control standards
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-end restaurant or similar upscale dining establishment
- Proficiency in Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
