The Role Chef de Partie (Salad Section)
Were seeking a talented and organisedChef de Partieto lead oursalad and cold section. Youll work with vibrant produce, herbs, grains, and dressings to prepare beautifully balanced dishes that reflect the essence of Delaminas Eastern Mediterranean roots.
Youll collaborate closely with ourSous Chef and Head Chef, ensuring every plate leaving your section meets our high standards for freshness, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead thesalad sectionwith creativity and attention to detail.
- Prepare and plate cold dishes, starters, and garnishes to exact standards.
- Maintain stock levels, prep lists, and cleanliness throughout service.
- Ensure all food safety and HACCP procedures are followed.
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy services.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal salads and menu development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as aChef de Partiein a quality-driven kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and understanding of fresh produce handling.
- Passion for cooking and interest in learning aboutEastern Mediterranean and Israeli cuisine.
- Reliable, professional, and a genuine team player no egos, just chefs who care.
What We Offer
- £16.00 per hour, paid every 4 weeks.
- Full-time, 4548 hours per week.
