Job Summary
Were looking for passionate and experienced All LevelChopper Chefs (CDPs and Sous Chef)to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in traditional Chinese chopping techniques. You will be responsible for preparing vegetables, meats and other ingredients according to strict specifications ensuring freshness, food safety and kitchen readiness.
You need to be passionate about delivering the highest food quality, using the finest ingredients in a high volume kitchen operations. Mastery in using Chinese cleavers for fast and accurate chopping, slicing, dicing and portioning is essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a CDP or Sous Chef, in a well-established Chinese restaurant.
Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable.
