What is my role as Commis Chef?

The Commis Chef helps running a section in the 3 Rosettes Gallery Dinner team, while developing further their knowledge and experience. We are offering this opportunity in a quality environment respecting employees and plan your development with us. Chefs with at least 6 months of kitchen experience and/or a professional qualification who want to join a professional high-quality kitchen and develop their knowledge and creative talent are welcome.

Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Chef Frederic Don and has a French inspired European style.
