Primary Responsibilities Include
- Assisting the Chef de Partie in meal preparation.
- Monitoring portion control and quantities of preparation to minimise waste.
- Prepare ingredients for the meal service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
