We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join the Serra kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an opening brigade, working alongside experienced chefs to deliver seasonal menus, exquisite flavours, and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised section in line with HACCP standards.
- Accurately follow recipes and technical sheets while building knowledge of menu allergens and ingredients.
- Take pride in your section and contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen culture.
- Uphold Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
About You
- Some previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel or high-quality restaurant.
- A genuine passion for food, learning, and career growth.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a positive attitude.
