We are looking for a motivated and committed CommisChef to join our passionate team at Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay
Inspired by dishes first created by Georges Auguste Escoffier during his time at the Savoy Hotel in 1890 and achieving 1 Michelin Star since 2024.Restaurant 1890has created a blend between unparalleled service, culinary creativity, and exquisite wines. The restaurant offers an intimate dining experience, serving a modern French menu with a European influence, using only the finest ingredients sourced from all corners of the world and a vintage wine list to match.
What you do as a Commis Chef:
You pride yourself in taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences
You are confident in leading, training, and developing the more junior members of the team and you naturally enjoy building relationships with others
You are eager to learn and push yourself to develop your career
You are keen to use your great cooking, organisational and time management skills, energy, confidence, and passion for food to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved
