La Palombe is a new opening on Kensington High Street, and we are looking for a hard-working and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our small, dynamic team.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to progress quickly in their career. You will be working directly with our Head Chef, Jake Leach, who brings extensive Michelin-starred experience, including five years at the 3-Michelin-Star restaurant The Ledbury.
We have recently been added to the Michelin Guide and are now working towards achieving our first Michelin star within the next 12 months. The right candidate will join us as a Demi CDP and, upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, will be promoted to Chef de Partie.
Our kitchen centres around a large woodfired grill with a menu built on wild and seasonal produce sourced directly by us including venison, wood pigeon, wild mushrooms, and truffles. A true passion for outstanding ingredients and exceptional cooking is essential.
