Demi Chef de Partie Benefits:
- £15.33 per hour + optional paid overtime
- 40-hour contract (standard)
- Closed for Christmas, New Year & Bank Holidays
- Five-minute walk from Green Park Station
- 60 covers per service Modern European cuisine
- 12 chefs in fine dining, 50 across the club

Demi Chef de Partie Requirements:
- Experience in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens preferred
- Stable employment history and strong references
