Job Summary
Were looking for passionate and experienced All LevelDim Sum Chefs (CDPs and Sous Chef)to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience preparing a wide range of traditional Chinese Dim Sums, including steamed, baked and fried varieties.
A deep understanding of Cantonese or broader Chinese cooking, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen is required.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a CDP or Sous Chef, in a well-established Chinese restaurant.
Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable.
