£65,000 to £70,000 per annum + discretionary bonus (based on experience)

What We're Looking For:

A strong background in Michelin-star kitchens

Experience in high-volume environments

Passion for working with top-tier ingredients (dry-aged meats, fresh fish, seasonal produce)

Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and creativity
- Passion for Spanish & Mediterranean cuisine
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to be part of a respected and successful restaurant group and put their full creative input into the menu whilst being able to make a name for themselves. You will understand fresh seasonal produce, high standards, and you will be ambitious and keen to push for accolades in this exciting new opening. Michelin star background is a MUST for this role.
