Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and creativity.
Curate and execute seasonal menus that reflect the finest ingredients and the vibrant flavours of Mediterranean and Italian gastronomy.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including procurement, stock management, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure the culinary offering aligns with the clubs ethos and the expectations of its discerning members.
Continuously strive to enhance the dining experience, maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, taste, and service.
Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining environment, ideally within a private members club, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant.
Deep knowledge and expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with a passion for authentic flavours and contemporary interpretation.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a talented team.
Strong organisational and management abilities, with a meticulous approach to quality control and kitchen operations.
