Head Chef - Restaurant, Bar & Events Space -South West London
We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join a new restaurant, bar, and events space in South-West London. This is a chance to take full ownership of the kitchen, lead a talented team, and grow the business.
As Head Chef you will have complete autonomy over the development of a modern British menu, creating seasonal la carte and bespoke event menus from ethically sourced and highest quality ingredients you will lead and manage all day-to-day kitchen operations.
You should have previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-quality, fresh food kitchen. You should have strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills are essential
Working 45 - 48 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. Closed on Sundays
