We are looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a perfect opportunity for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef with at least 3+ years of experience ready to take the next step in their culinary career and make their mark in a leadership role as a Head Chef
Key Responsibilities
- As Head Chef, you will Lead the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee catering for a variety of in-house events from casual to fine dining ensuring consistency and creativity.
- Manage kitchen staff, including rotas, training, and performance, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
- Maintain excellent stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgeting in line with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to confidently manage and motivate a small team.
A creative and passionate Head chef with a strong appreciation for seasonal cooking, quality produce, and bold flavours.
Experience in event or catering environments, with the adaptability to deliver under varied service styles and expectations.
Excellent organisational abilities and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
A proactive, approachable team player who leads by example and fosters a positive kitchen culture.
A commitment to sustainability, with a genuine interest in reducing food waste and sourcing responsibly.
A hands-on, inspiring presence in the kitchen who consistently drives high standards and continuous improvement.
