Disney Cruise Line is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine to take the helm of one of our onboard restaurants. Join a world-class team delivering exceptional dining experiences aboard our award-winning fleet, serving 3,000 to 4,000 guests per ship.
As one of three Head Chefs on board, you will lead one of our vibrant restaurantsopen for breakfast (buffet), lunch (buffet), and dinner (table service with two seatings, up to 750 covers). Youll be supported by a dedicated Sous Chef and oversee a brigade of 14 to 25 chefs.
