About the role of Head Chef

We are looking for a Head Chef with experience in British, French and European techniques to manage a team of 6 in the kitchen, with high standards.

The successful Head Chef candidate:

Must have Food Safety and Health and Safety level 2.
Will be happy to work in a team, reporting directly to the operation manager.
Will work together with the restaurant manager to achieve success.
Will be happy to learn more techniques and work on the menu together with the restaurant manager and operation manager.
Will be a team player and happy to interact with the customer. Very important to have a client face and promote the food in the menu.
