As Head Chef, youll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations from menu design and ingredient sourcing to team management and quality control. Youll bring your vision, leadership, and technical skill to create dishes that impress and inspire.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards
Design and develop seasonal, innovative menus
Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
Maintain consistency and excellence in food presentation and taste
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume or fine-dining environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Deep knowledge of modern cooking techniques and global cuisines
Creative flair with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
Solid understanding of kitchen budgeting and cost control
Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience
