This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a chef who enjoys being fully involved in the kitchen, leading from the pass, and working closely with seasonal British produce. The restaurant operates with a strong neighbourhood following, consistent volumes, and a clear focus on flavour, simplicity, and well-executed dishes.
