Role: Head Chef New Japanese Restaurant Opening in Central London
Salary: £80,000£85,000 per year

About the Role:
- Lead pre-opening kitchen setup, menu development & team recruitment
- Deliver high-quality Japanese cuisine including sushi, robata, kushiyaki
- Oversee full kitchen brigade in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Work on supplier sourcing, cost control, and kitchen operations
Candidate Requirements: - Proven experience as Head or Executive Chef in Japanese or pan-Asian kitchens
- Strong knowledge of sushi and traditional Japanese techniques
- Experience with restaurant openings and team leadership
