An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead a rebranded, food-led pub concept focused on premium pizzas and standout Sunday roasts.
The operation runs Monday to Saturday as a high-quality pizza pub, producing all doughs and sauces in-house, using premium suppliers for charcuterie, cheeses, and toppings. Sundays are dedicated to delivering exceptional, fresh, premium roasts.
The Role
Full kitchen leadership and menu execution
Leading a team of pizza chefs during the week and a broader kitchen team on Sundays
Ensuring all dough, sauces, and prep are produced in-house to a high standard
Delivering consistently excellent pizzas and best-in-class Sunday roasts
Managing food standards, GP control, stock, and supplier relationships
Building and developing a strong, reliable kitchen team
The Ideal Candidate
Proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with pizza doughs and baking
Strong background in producing high-quality Sunday roasts
Organised, calm, and commercially aware
Passionate about quality food in a premium pub setting
This is a fantastic role for a capable, hands-on leader looking to take ownership of a focused, quality-driven kitchen.
