The Role
As Head Chef, you will lead from the front inspiring and mentoring a busy kitchen team while setting the culinary direction for the club. You will create a Century bible of absolute classics, adding thoughtful flair to develop signature dishes that define our food offering.
You will ensure consistent, high-quality execution across daily service and events, drive operational efficiency, champion sustainability, and uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

About You
You are a hands-on, ambitious Head Chef with strong leadership skills and a clear culinary vision. You bring calm authority to the kitchen, develop your team, and balance creativity with operational discipline.
We are specifically looking for someone who comes from a private members club, 5-star hotel, established gastro pub, or similar background. You will have a solid, consistent work history a chef who has committed to their roles, grown within kitchens, and is ready to invest long-term in Century. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful, not a short stop along the way.
