We are looking for a strong Head Chef to oversee a busy, high end gastro pub in central London.

Working with a strong, loyal team, you will take full responsibility for the running of the kitchen, overseeing menus, staff recruitment, training and management, health and safety as well as all other due diligence.

There is a strong focus on local, seasonally sourced British ingredients.

You will ideally have experience at at least Head Chef level in a refined, produce-driven restaurant offering seasonal or hyper-seasonal menus.
