Our kitchen team is passionate about flavour, detail, and impeccable presentation and were looking for a Head Chef to lead and elevate our culinary vision.

Role Overview

As Head Chef, youll be responsible for all kitchen operations, from menu development to service execution. You will lead a motivated brigade, ensuring consistently excellent food quality, smooth service flow and high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and curate a seasonal, Modern British menu showcasing fresh, local ingredients.

Lead and inspire the kitchen team, maintaining a positive and collaborative culture.

Oversee food preparation, plating, consistency and presentation during services.

Manage kitchen operations: ordering, stock control, costing, rostering and supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Maintain strong quality control, portion consistency and cost efficiencies.

Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering growth and skill development.

Who Were Looking For

Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality restaurant environment, ideally with Modern British/seasonal cuisine.

Passion for seasonal UK produce and creative menu design.

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Strong understanding of kitchen financials (costing, GP, stock control).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
