Head Chef's will be looking to use seasonal ingredients to cook elevated classics and comfort Restaurant based seasonal menus, using the best Day Boat and Native Fish and Seafood
A quality restaurant with a lot of repeat customers and a pull for great dishes, Head Chef's should let the simple and refined cooking deliver and ingredients feature. With and eye for detail and good leadership skills Sous Chef's should be looking to cook a range of dishes using classic cookery and the base of French cookery, but to add influences and taking proper in season ingredients for this ever changing menu.
Head Chef's will lead a team of 6 in the brigade and look to cook an ever changing menu with a well done daily Specials Board , and a few sharing plates . So creativity is a must as well as a knowledge for season's linked to good supplier's and the ability to train and motivate the team in all aspects of kitchen management.
You should have a solid CV and good time spent developing and honing your skill set, a great development company as owner is a well known Chef and previous chefs have gone on to great places from this company and site.
