We are recruiting a Head Pastry chef for our client's Michelin listed Restaurant in Central London.
Prior high end Head Pastry Chef experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation & Decoration:Ensuring the aesthetic appeal of desserts and pastries through various decorating techniques and presentation styles.
- Inventory & Ordering:Managing ingredient levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a budget for the pastry section.
- Team Management: Train, supervise, and mentor junior chefs or kitchen staff within the pastry section.
- Hygiene & Safety:Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
