The establishment is recognised for its refined ambiance and exceptional dining experience. In the role of Junior Sous Chef, you will support the senior management team in leading an award-winning brigade during high-end, fast-paced service.
Junior Sous Chef Benefits:

Junior Sous Chef Requirements:
- This is a fantastic role for a creative, passionate and career driven Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Che to join an award winning restaurant and team!
- The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have worked in luxury hotels, or award winning restaurants or luxury members clubs.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in Mediterranean or Italian cuisine.
