We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations, support and develop our team, and ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence in every service.

The Role
As Kitchen Manager, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times.
  • Oversee kitchen systems including stock management, ordering, deliveries, and inventory control.
  • Lead, schedule, and support a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and maintain a positive, professional kitchen culture.
  • Monitor food cost, margins, and wastage to help deliver on business targets.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the kitchen contributes to a brilliant overall guest experience.
  • Support menu rollouts and ensure consistent execution across the team.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Senior Sous Chef, or similar role in a busy, high-quality kitchen.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a passion for running efficient operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence in managing food costs, GP, and supplier relationships.
  • A cool, calm, and solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and compliance (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
  • A collaborative mindset and a hands-on attitude.
