Prepare and cook food for late-night room service, night menus, and early breakfast preparation as required
Ensure all food is prepared to hotel standards of quality, presentation, and taste
Follow recipes and portion control to maintain consistency and reduce food waste
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in line with HACCP regulations
Carry out food storage, stock rotation, and labelling according to food safety standards
Assist with preparation for breakfast service, including everything in place and basic food prep
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas during the night shift
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues to the Head Chef.
Work independently during night shifts while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
Comply with all health & safety policies and hotel procedures
Support other kitchen staff when required and ensure smooth handover to the morning team
