pastry chef de partie - daytime

pastry chef required, 6am to 1pm, great opportunity to make fantastic cakes and bakery items and have your evenings off. 16 to 18 per hour depending on experience, you will create some authentic pastry and cake items. This role is in the Hackney area of London. This role is perfect for candidates who want a balance of having evenings off.

The role
As a pastry chef for this bakery, you will create some authentic cakes and pastry items, you will arrive at 6am to start the creation of the pastry items, you will look at the list of products from the day before that have sold well and create these items. This role will include all the standard pastry chef duties.

expeirence
as a pastry chef you will need experience with both British, European and French pastry items. you will be able to work within a team and also prepare your own prep list of the pastry items needed.
