Job Description:

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pastries and desserts that reflect the hotel's commitment to excellence. You will work under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef, contributing to the creation and presentation of a diverse range of delectable treats for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to hotel standards.

Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.

Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Assist in training and supervising junior pastry staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies, ensuring cost-effective practices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end hotel or restaurant.

Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and a creative flair for dessert presentation.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
