We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join their opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious new venture in a prestigious Central London location.

About the Role:

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in creating and executing exceptional desserts and pastries that complement the refined Japanese menu. Youll work alongside a skilled kitchen team to craft innovative, beautifully presented plates that embody precision, flavour, and artistry. This is a rare chance to influence the pastry offering from day one of the restaurants journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and service of high-quality desserts and pastries with consistency and creativity.

  • Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to execute the menu and develop new concepts.

  • Maintain a highly organized and efficient pastry section.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.

  • Support the training and development of junior pastry team members.

What Were Looking For:
  • Strong background in fine dining pastry, with an eye for detail and presentation.

  • A passion for Japanese flavours, aesthetics, and techniques (experience in Japanese pastry not essential).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

  • A genuine passion for pastry and innovation in the kitchen.
