This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Notting Hills most vibrant neighbourhood restaurants, known for its contemporary Mediterranean-inspired menu cooked over fire, with a strong focus on seasonality and simplicity.
Key responsibilities:
 Preparing and producingpastryitems to a high standard.
 Plating desserts in line with Golds style and specifications.
 Producing sourdough and other baked goods for service.
 Managing thepastrysection with consistency and independence.
