As Pastry Chef de Partie , you will play a key role within the pastry section supporting the Commis chef on menu execution, maintaining the highest culinary standards.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong experience in French Pastry
  • Demonstrate an understanding of French desserts
  • Demonstrating , consistency, and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
All successful candidates will undergo a training programme to ensure they are fully immersed in the Bagatelle philosophy and standards.
