We have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled Private Chef to join a warm, welcoming family who have recently relocated from Singapore to Notting Hill. They’re looking for someone with a strong background in Asian cuisine—particularly Chinese—along with experience in Mediterranean and other fresh, flavour-packed dishes.You’ll be preparing lunch and dinner five days a week, with occasional weekends. The family has four children, so you'll need to be comfortable preparing family-style meals, including options for younger eaters.The ideal candidate will be confident across a range of cuisines and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. A warm, friendly attitude is essential, along with professionalism, flexibility, and discretion in a private household.They’re also looking for someone familiar with the best food suppliers and markets in Notting Hill and able to keep a well-organised, efficient kitchen.Duties include:• Creating weekly menus using seasonal produce and variety• Preparing fresh, daily meals (lunch and dinner)• Catering to both adults and children with healthy, delicious meals• Handling shopping, ingredient sourcing, and food budgeting• Maintaining a clean, well-organised kitchenSchedule: 5 days/week, approx. 10:30am-7:30pm (some flexibility required)Start: ASAPSalary: Around £70k, depending on experience
