Key Responsibilities:
* Lead your designated section with precision and consistency
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
* Assist with stock control and ordering
* Support junior team members with training and supervision
* Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen
* Previous experience at Chef de Partie level in a quality restaurant, hotel or
private club
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A calm and positive attitude under pressure
* Passion for excellent food and presentation
