About the Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering consistently outstanding dishes and upholding the highest culinary standards. Youll work closely with a passionate team, supporting the smooth running of daily operations and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes in line with recipes, specs, and quality standards
  • Work confidently with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and presentation
