Now we want a serious Sous Chef whos ready to help lead a tight kitchen, drive creativity, and keep standards sky-high while the place rocks.

Package: Up to 42k + tronc
Hours:45 per week
Reports to: Head Chef
Run a section beautifully and run the kitchen when needed
Deliver plates that make people swear in the best way
Push flavour, consistency, seasonality and presentation
Help train & develop chefs. No ego, all excellence
Get hands-on with ordering, stock, prep & service rhythm
Keep standards bulletproof on hygiene, organisation & pace
Bring ideas, shape menus, champion dishes
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with FOH. One team, one vibe
Experienced at Sous level (or a killer Jnr Sous ready to step up)
Calm under pressure, sharp with a knife, sharper with standards
Obsessed with flavour and details but not precious
Motivated, curious, and ready to grow with us
