You must have worked within Michelin Starred kitchens previously.

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Running the pass
- Overseeing junior chefs, reporting into the exceptional Head Chef
- Cooking to an extremely high level, whilst overseeing all the MEP
- Ensuring a seamless service of up to 120 covers on a busy service
- You will have experience as a Sous Chef within a top class restaurant
