As the events sous chef, you will work alongside the Head Chef to run all aspects of the events kitchen, from recruiting training, leading, and developing the kitchen team, to managing and understanding food costs, stock control, labour, and supplier management.The role requires creativity, leadership, ambition, and a commitment to delivering events to Wild by Tarts standards while maintaining the companys sustainability ethos.

Experience?in a busy?kitchen with a focus on sourcing and seasonality
An events Sous Chefwho can confidently run an event and closely follow our?service standards- in flavour, consistency & style
Ability to?lead as part of a team with a focus on being organised and able to grow your colleagues
The event sous chef?will need to be organised, calm under pressure and passionate about food
A?willingness to help with the restaurant kitchen when?required
A team player who enjoys learning and collaborating
Key responsibilities
To organise, prepare and deliver events in accordance with Wild by Tarts ethos
Maintaining quality and consistency through training, testing, and recipe specification
Managing food stock, ordering, wastage, stocktakes and food cost of sale
Managing Health & Safety practices
