Were on the hunt for a rock-solid Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership at Senza Fondo someone who lives for great food, leads from the front, and thrives in a high-standard, high-energy environment.
Senza Fondo is all about comfort food done properly. Italian-American lasagna, big flavours, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. We opened to rave reviews and a packed house now were looking to strengthen the core of our kitchen as we plan our next moves.

Youll be the right hand to our Head Chef, helping run the day-to-day while also thinking big. We want someone who cares deeply about the team, the product, and the culture.
- Standards-Driven:You set the bar and dont drop it. From mise en place to service, your section is spotless, your prep is perfect, and you keep calm under pressure.
- Food-Focused:You love feeding people properly. Big, bold flavours. Food with soul. You respect the classics but youre not afraid to play.
- Creative Contributor:Youll be involved in dish development and tastings we want your voice in the room. If youve got ideas, bring them.
- Leader & Trainer:You take responsibility for growing others. Whether its a new KP or a junior chef, you lead by example and invest in their success.
- Environmental Health Pro:Youre all over EHO, HACCP, and food safety not because you have to be, but because its the right thing to do.
