About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our culinary offerings and uphold the high standards our guests have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff

Ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest quality.

Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Manage inventory, control costs, and minimise waste

About You

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end or luxury hotel environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

A passion for culinary excellence and creativity.

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and trends.

Full flexibility and availability to work all shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
