What youll get up to?
- Support the Head Chef in leading a 14-chef brigade in an open kitchen
- Take charge of service when required leading line & pass confidently
- Help oversee prep, daily production, and menu execution
- Train, coach & mentor junior chefs to hit high standards
- Champion food safety, compliance, and consistency
- Play a pivotal role in the pre-opening setup and recruitment
What youll bring?
- Sous Chef (or strong Junior Sous ready to step up) from high-volume casual dining/QSR
- Experience in fresh prep, fast service, and semi-CPU systems
- Resilient, hands-on, and organised thrives in high-energy kitchens
- Strong communicator with presence in an open kitchen environment
- Ambition to grow into a Head Chef role as the group expands
