A bit about what you will be doing:
Were looking for an ambitious and passionate Sous Chef to lead our kitchen and showcase authentic Italian cooking. Youll love working with great ingredients, creating dishes with flair, and inspiring your team through hands-on leadership at the pass.
Alongside your passion for food, youll ensure the kitchen runs smoothly from food safety and hygiene to GP, P&L and stock management. Experience with Adaco and Fourth Hospitality is an advantage, but training will be given.
Resilient, driven, and creative, youll motivate and develop the team while helping us build a restaurant known for outstanding Italian dining.
