What will you get up to?

• Lead and develop your team heading up a team of 20+, identifying superstars and developing into a superstar Brigade
• Be a Stickler for Quality - Expect precision, discipline, and high standards from both yourself and team.
• Come with ideas you will be proactive in problem solving, creative in your approach to your team, bar and the drinks working collaboratively with their 3rdparty consultancy.
• Shape the menu- Enjoy the freedom to bring your ideas to life and to introduce new dishes to the menu.
• Support the head chef and lead the team in there absence
