Sous Chef
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy, high-quality Italian kitchen in central London. You'll help lead the kitchen team, cook fresh seasonal dishes, and bring a passion for Italian food to everything you do.
Youll mainly be based in one of two restaurants either a modern grill or a casual pasta and pizza concept but will also get the chance to support other outlets and grow your skills.

What Youll Be Doing as a Sous Chef:
- Leading kitchen shifts and supporting the Head Chef
- Cooking fresh pasta, grilled meats, fish, and more
- Managing prep, stock, and hygiene standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
- Helping keep service smooth during busy times
What Were Looking For in a Sous Chef:
- 2+ years as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a quality kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking and fresh ingredients
- Experience with grills, meat, fish, and pasta
- Calm under pressure and confident leading a team
- Able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
