The Role:
Were seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing daily operations and leading a skilled brigade in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen. Youll ensure consistency and precision across every service, inspire junior chefs, and contribute to the smooth running and continued success of this exciting new concept.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations
Lead the team during busy services, maintaining calm and focus under pressure
Train and mentor junior chefs to deliver to brand standards
Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene, and organisation
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials

Proven background in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Confident, hands-on approach and a supportive attitude towards the team
