What youll get up to?

• Support the Head Chef in leading a 14-chef brigade in an open kitchen
• Take charge of service when required leading line & pass confidently
• Help oversee prep, daily production, and menu execution
• Train, coach & mentor junior chefs to hit high standards
• Champion food safety, compliance, and consistency
• Play a pivotal role in the pre-opening setup and recruitment

What youll bring?

• Sous Chef (or strong Junior Sous ready to step up) from high-volume casual dining/QSR
• Experience in fresh prep, fast service, and semi-CPU systems
