What you'll do:
* Support the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations, including service, prep and training.
* Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation.
* Work with seasonal ingredients, focus on fire or grill cooking and ensure efficiency during busy periods.
* Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade, uphold hygiene and safety standards.
