We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary team and support the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency across all dishes. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head Chef and senior team in delivering exceptional food to the highest standard across all services.
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of CDPs and Commis Chefs, ensuring continuous development and performance excellence.
Maintain meticulous standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation.
Take ownership of stock control, ordering, and kitchen reporting, ensuring cost efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas aligned with the brands luxury ethos.
Monitor kitchen performance, conduct regular quality checks, and proactively manage any operational pinch points.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef within a high-end or fine dining environment.
A passion for quality ingredients, precision cooking, and elegant presentation.

Excellent organisational skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure.
Strong understanding of food safety and compliance standards.
Demonstrable longevity and career progression within reputable establishments.
